There's a narrow window before standing water starts causing secondary damage. Our Water Extraction process is built entirely around closing that window as fast as possible.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
No surprise per-gallon charges — the quoted rate is the rate you pay.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
We clear bulk water fast, then move into detailed extraction of carpet, pad, and subfloor.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
We flag which contents are worth extraction versus replacement before starting work.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Water Extraction need, not a voicemail system.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Water Extraction work.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
A job isn't closed on a visual check — it's closed on a verified reading.
"The moisture meter readings gave me confidence the job was actually done right."
Grace T., Jbsa Randolph"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Jbsa Randolph"Extraction from our finished basement was fast and they explained the slab-specific approach."
Bianca H., Jbsa Randolph"They extracted water from our upholstered furniture instead of just writing it off as a loss."
Corinne W., Jbsa Randolph"Extraction from a tricky corner behind built-in cabinetry was handled without damaging the cabinets themselves."
Julian V., Jbsa RandolphIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 78150, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Jbsa Randolph address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
